2018
January 19 - GP referral to Breast Clinic
March 6 - Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound
March 20 - Breast biopsies
April 3 - Biopsy results (IDC breast cancer) CT scan and bone scan
April 4 - referred for fine wire lung biopsy (First indication of lung cancer)
April 13 - EBUS - for lung biopsy (because fine wire was taking too long)
April 30 - Biopsy results - First meeting with medical oncologist. Lung cancer Stage 3B - Breast cancer on the back burner.
May 11 - PET scan.
May 14 - Radiologist and oncologist - Stage 3C - treatment plan
May 18 - CT mapping scan
May 28 - CT brain scan
May 29 - Chemo and radiation begin.
July 3 - last chemo
July 10 - last radiation
August 13 - followup Xray
August 30 - Bilateral Mastectomies
September 7 - First immunotherapy infusion (durvalumab [Imfinzi] every two weeks)
September 19 - started tamoxifen for breast cancer.
September 20 - First Baseline CT scan.
December 11 - Bone density

2019
January 9 - Met endocrinologist - started synthyroid.
April 18 - Stop durvalumab - progression and metastasis.
May 8 - Start targeted therapy - afatinib for EGFR+

2020

January 19 - Refused funding for osimertinib
19 months and still going strong on afatinib. CT every 2 to 4 months to see what is happening.

2021
Same old same old. Waiting for the inevitable progression. Head CT annual to check for brain mets.

2022
Rolling along. A few pseudo-progressions that have resolved themselves. CT every 2 to 4 months. 

2023

November 22 - minor progression Stopped afatinib. Biopsied for T790M ctDNA inconclusive tissue positive.

December 26 - started osimertinib.

2024

March 18 Progression of main tumor (30 x 30) to (35 x 48) and two new spots. Stopped osimertinib.

April 16 - started carboplatin and pemetrexed (well tolerated)

April 22nd - First brain MRI scheduled.
